IT Centers' Instructors

All of our instructors are experts with at least four Microsoft certifications, and most hold additional industry certifications from Cisco®, CIW, Citrix®, IBM and Novell. They always hold the certification for the course they teach.

All IT Centers' instructors are:

• Microsoft® Certified Trainers (MCT) or Cisco Certified Systems Instructors (CCSI) with years of experience and knowledge in the latest technologies.
• Triple certified as well as being an MCT or CCSI.
• Qualified to provide students instruction and guidance covering real-world scenarios utilizing hands-on training using their own actual experiences.
• Proficient at translating highly-complex theories into real-world knowledge.
• Accomplished consultants with impressive troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

IT Centers is the only technical training facility that offers two instructors per course, ensuring that every student receives the maximum level of attention. Students are individually coached through difficult concepts.
